Julian is a seasoned leader with more than 15 years experience of managing human performance and quality assurance for luxury hotels. In his most recent role as Assistant Vice President Family Experience at the Shangri-La Group, Julian created a set of service standards, two training modules completed by more than 23,000 colleagues and a stakeholder community of more than 50 hotels, all with the aim to support the company's financial success and brand reputation. Our clients benefit from his knowledge on developing operational standards, his ability to manage teams through change and his relentless determination to make systems and processes customer and colleague friendly.
