Our clients benefit from his long standing experience in managing hotel operations for luxury hotels. In his most recent role as Assistant Vice President Family Experience at the Shangri-La Group, Julian created innovative guest experiences, service standards, two training modules completed by more than 23,000 colleagues and a stakeholder community of more than 50 hotels, all with the aim to support the company's financial success and brand reputation.
