Established in 2009, Sassy Media Group is a boutique online publisher creating coveted local content. Through long-term relationships with loyal readers and strategic partnerships, SMG celebrates the cities they love. Through their two brands, Sassy and Sassy Mama, the publisher offers an online space where readers can be in the know and advertisers can share what they offer.

SMG hired The Skill Shop to develop a training programme for their sales team. Following a detailed discovery phase and a 360 review, we created a four day workshop series with the goal to empower the team to work in a more data-driven and efficient way.

Island is a creative agency and event space. Island can be rented for professional and private events that are interested in celebrating in a creative space. Louise and Florian Kunth design remarkable concepts for their clients, ranging from advertisement agencies, to architecture firms or corporates. 

To develop new business, Louise was interested in defining her own approach to client acquisition. Not wanting to sound like any other "sales person" and always putting the human relationship first, we developed templates and a structure that her and her team felt comfortable with (and not intimidated by).
